Your $150 per month subscription includes:

No.  We don’t sell medications directly since this would be a conflict of interest. The cost of your medication depends on three things: your insurance coverage, available manufacturer coupons, and pharmacy prices. We understand that weight management medications can be expensive. Our team will work with you to find the most affordable options.

No. We want you to stay with us because you love our service, not because you’re stuck in a contract. We believe in being honest and upfront. You can cancel anytime.

Yes! This is one of our most important features. Unlike other programs where you talk to coordinators or AI bots who then relay messages to doctors, you get direct access to your doctor. While we have insurance navigators, care coordinators, and dietitians on staff, you’ll always have a direct line to your personal doctor. They’re here to build a relationship with you and support your long-term health goals.

While we might offer compound medications in the future, it’s complicated.  Right now, we only prescribe brand-name GLP-1 medications like:

• Zepbound
• Wegovy
• Ozempic
• Mounjaro

We treat several conditions:

• PCOS
• MASLD (formerly known as fatty liver disease)
• Prediabetes
• Type 2 diabetes
• High cholesterol
• High blood pressure

We also help prevent chronic diseases through better nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Yes! We can prescribe medications for blood pressure, cholesterol, and hormone replacement when appropriate. We also offer non-GLP-1 weight management options like Contrave. However, we don’t prescribe controlled substances like phentermine at this time.

No. As a virtual program, we can’t provide essential primary care services like sick visits, physical exams, vaccines, or referrals for things like mammograms. Your primary care doctor is still an important part of your care team! With your permission, we’ll work with them to coordinate your care.

No. Our service costs $150 per month. You might be able to use HSA funds— we can provide a receipt. This fee helps us give you great care by making sure your doctor isn’t overwhelmed with too many patients or limited in time they can spend with you.  

Yes! We’re experts at helping people maintain their weight loss. Many programs only focus on getting started, but we help you keep the weight off long-term. Whether you want to continue using GLP-1 medications or try other methods, we’ll support you for as long as you need.

Not at this time, however in the future we hope to be able to accept these folks! While weight management is important for health, it’s not everything. Our goal is to help you live a longer, healthier life using science-based methods. We can help improve your blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, body composition, gut health, fitness, and nutrition.

Absolutely! This is an important component of your program! You’ll work with a Registered Dietitian who will guide your nutrition journey. Instead of strict diets, will partner with you to build healthy habits that fit your life. We help you implement the nutrition knowledge and tools you need to maintain your health long-term.

Yes! You get free access to LiftRx, Dr. Spencer’s fitness and weightlifting program. Your care team will also help you set fitness goals and stay motivated.

You’ll need to create a profile and share your medical history before meeting your doctor. Please have your driver’s license, insurance card, and payment information ready. It also helps if you can share records from past medical visits or weight management programs, including your weight history and current medications.

Yes! We are excited to advance the science while also supporting our members in eating well and gaining muscle along their GLP-1 journey.

To qualify for the study you must be:

1. Brand New to GLP-1 Medication and qualify to join Vineyard as a member.
2. Live within driving distance of a “DexaFit” location and be willing to delay the start of your medication until after your first scan.
3. Have either Insurance Coverage for your Medication OR be willing to pay for your medication out of pocket for the duration of the study.
4. Be willing to stick it out with us for about 2 years. While there is no financial commitment and we understand that life happens, we would prefer to work with folks who are committed to seeing the study through to completion!
